Based on the 2-2-1 serve (60 ml Prosecco · 60 ml Tjello · 30 ml soda per glass). Don't forget ice and fresh citrus to garnish. Always drink responsibly.

Stick to the 2-2-1.

Making the perfect spritz is easier than you think - just remember three numbers. Whether you measure in millilitres, centilitres or ounces, keep this ratio for a balanced drink every time.

2
Prosecco
2 parts chilled sparkling wine - the lift and the bubbles.
2
Tjello
2 parts Tjello - your flavour, your colour, your character.
1
Soda
1 splash of soda water - a fresh, crisp finish.

Fill a large wine glass with ice, then add in order: first the Prosecco, then the Tjello, and finally a splash of soda. Garnish boldly, and Squeeze the Day.

Spritz FAQs

It's the easiest way to remember a perfect spritz: 2 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Tjello, 1 part soda water - equal measures of bubbles and Tjello, with a splash of soda. Pour over plenty of ice in a big wine glass, garnish, and you're done. No jigger? Use any cup as your "part" and keep the ratio.
It comes down to your taste. Lemon is the sourest - crisp and zesty; Mandarin is the most bitter - the classic bittersweet aperitivo style; and Tropic is the sweetest - fruity and tropical. Match your garnish to the flavour - lemon slice, orange slice, or berries and lime.
A large wine glass (a "balloon" glass) is traditional - it lets the aromas open up. Fill it generously with ice; more ice keeps the drink colder and actually dilutes it less over time.
Absolutely. Use the Party Planner above for exact quantities. Mix the Tjello and soda ahead of time, but add the Prosecco fresh just before serving so it stays sparkling.
